Description: A rebalancing patch created within the limitations of the basic editor, designed to provide a fulfilling replay experience for players who know everything about the ideal routes and orders for completing the vanilla game in an orderly fashion. Emphasizes a consistent and moderate difficulty curve with a brisk pace that does not strictly require grinding; in parallel to this, rare gear drops no longer have base rarities beyond 1/64. Also promotes informed player agency by providing more informative item and Djinn effect descriptions (as well as various fixed typos and oversights in the story text).

Almost all generic enemy formations feature between 2 and 3 members; over half of the overall generic opposition acts twice per turn; and the vast majority of enemies and bosses cycle through their ability lists in sequential order, with the only element of randomness manifesting as randomized start points in various enemies' patterns.

Very few changes to items and no changes to classes, weapon unleashes, vendor menus, Djinn effects, and summons emphasize that there is no need to "re-learn" the game. However, various powerful healing and supportive Psynergy effects have massively increased PP costs to reflect their usefulness, especially Revive. A new consumable Mountain Water item that only drops from enemies and Djinn helps offset these costs in dungeons.

v1.1 normalizes the base damage values of each area-of-effect Psynergy in accordance with a new rule that strictly takes into account its range, PP cost, and the level at which it is first learned. Between this and the somewhat more narrow Summon damage distribution ratio being used for all such Psynergy, this makes the earliest Psynergy weaker and late-game Psynergy stronger while improving the meaning behind considering which enemies you center area Psynergy on.

v1.2 carefully considers methods of making the patch less repetitive to play, such as retuning enemies so that more of them use one quality move per turn instead of two weaker ones. Through a repurposed Sacred Feather, the party has a much easier early means of reviving downed party members outside battle. Finally, Isaac's party in GS2 now has enough quality gear by default that there should no longer be any need to send any more than a Silver Password from GS1.

Daddy Poi's Oily Gorillas: I'm having a thought. So I know Atrius's editor is slow at saving sprites.... So I've been thinking.   I am considering another console program.  This time, for importing and exporting sprites/animations. Image files (for sprites), binary files (for animation data), and maybe binary or text files for Settings. Would certainly be cool if it works out. - Console programs are fun, when you can (at least temporarily) cheat out making a full interface editor for them. =P
