The second one looks like the place where you can fight Janus again in Chrono Trigger.

Yea I was looking through several 2D games to get ideas for locations, that is indeed that place Nero

Yes, and this is the Community Hack area of the forum - a place for suggestions for the Community Hack itself, not just general things you made.
