I am making some GS style sprites,but i don't know the palette any suggestions?

The palettes for... well, darn near everything have already been posted.  Please search for them before making a topic asking about them.

WOW ... you people must really hate the search option ....

Do you think we should make a sticky with all of the needed links to try and avoid these type of questions?

We do have the topic that you describe, and it also has a link to the image palettes. Come to think of it, I think it is pinned too.

The post has been divided in sections, so you will want to look at the "Sprite and Animation Stuff" part of the post. When you find the link, you will probably have to scroll down to the second post. For icons, you only use the first 15/16 colours.
