Okay, warning y'all now... He's pretty mean with those Ruffians. Or he was in the version I played.
Also, he kinda 'fudged it' so that Felix and Sheba have unique classes. Patch away and give it a shot.
In my next update, I'm going to have it done until the King Scorpion, and there'll be some more fun stuff with Djinn (if you haven't noticed them already).

Also I should have known the Enemy editor doesn't work on the original Golden Sun quite yet. That's what living under a rock where people yell at you a lot does to you I guess.
So.... It's for the original Golden Sun? That's kinda something you need to mention when you post a patch, if you apply it to the wrong game, it doesn't work so well.

For those of you who already started the game, I recommend you restart to get Piers' level to the right level.
He'll be 19 if you have the wrong version, and 16 if you have the right version. And for those attempting a perfect game, Level 16 Piers has 16,909 Exp.
(If you want to beat the Aqua Hydra, you're better off going back and getting Mud. Having 21 Djinni was optimal in me beating the Hydra.
If you want an even greater challenge, beat him at the same level I was with the same amount of summons used: 1 Summon (Nereid), and Level 20 across the board.)

Some more points of note. I have not worked on this yet so for now, changing classes isn't allowed. When you're without Piers, have all the Mercury Djinn on Sheba/Felix or have Jenna put them on Standby. Only their base classes are allowed.
Upcoming Updates: Gaia Rock, the Serpent, Poseidon, and obtaining Grind. Finally, a buff to both Mad Plant and Djinni variants.

Alright, this version is updated as of Poseidon~
I found out a few facts while I was battling Poseidon:
- Poseidon has two movesets. It switches from the first to the second the moment you destroy the barrier.
- All enemies determine their moves WHEN their moves come, not before. In other words, the numbers are chosen, but the moves aren't. This is why you can have Poseidon Counter-Rush before everyone else moves, and then use Watery Grave during his second move (after the Trident hits him), even if Counter-Rush is not in his second moveset.
- HP Regen and PP Regen stay constant. If you switch from one moveset to the next, HP Regen and PP Regen associated with that moveset will carry over.
Some other points of note:
- During a fight on the sea, an enemy kept multiplying so much there were six of them. When they all took their respective turns, the battlefield tilted in such a way that only a fraction of Sheba's hair was left on the screen. Technical glitch, I'd say.
- The RNG Patch makes it literally impossible to manipulate forging, which is a definite plus.
- Items seem to have a % chance of breaking rather than a set amount of turns.
Hm... I will have to try this out. I think you are doing a good job though.

Ivan = Thunder Mage [Thunder Wizard]
Ivan should have higher Attack and HP, and Sheba should have higher PP and Luck.
The Balance with Felix/Isaac (my mind said Steven there) is good, though Ivan/Sheba... Sheba seems to overpower Ivan....

If I were to make a hack of Golden Sun TLA with balanced classes, all base classes [Squire, Flame User, Guard, etc.) would have a total stat modifier add-up of +20%.
e.g.

PP: +10%
Attack: +30%
Defence: -20%
Agility: +20%
Luck: -20%

How so? Everyone's 620%, and Ivan and Sheba's LCK are the same, so the important stats are still there.

Oh. I posted earlier that because this is the next update, it's going to be a while. To be honest, I don't think I can have it ready before October 1. That's what I mean by difficult.
while it's true that Sheba has lesser Agility than Ivan, her Agility still outranks most other things, so it doesn't matter much.
I wouldn't be so sure of that. Sheba was still slower than a couple enemy groups in the game, and when she WAS faster, she was the only one, making the enemy groups get their attacks in.
And that was when she had 180% AGL.
