Um... I have a problem.
I was about to edit some dialogue, but there were some dialogues that difficult to be edited.
Such as:
Thankfully, only those[3]
workmen block your route.[2]
I edited this many times but there was a small window that told me like this:
Cannot compress string with current compression tables.
The tables need to be rewritten, but that isn't currently
supported.
Whatever dialogue you're trying to replace it with cannot be compressed with the current compression tables, they need to be rewritten, but that isn't currently supported by the editor. >_>
Basically the way the text compression works if you put the wrong two letters/characters beside each other it's impossible to compress it due to the data tables Golden Sun uses for decompressing the strings. I still haven't fully been able to figure out their format, so they can't be replaced with some that allow for more character combinations.
