I don't imagine it would be too hard to learn how to use HTML in a PHP file.
I don't really know much about PHP, but I have a feeling you can either use an echo, or put in HTML outside of the <?PHP ?> tags... Maybe a good place to put the sound is at the top of the page before the PHP tag? Unless it is an actual object that shows up on the page. I'm just making a guess.
