In what coding language was the TLA editor coded in?
Most of it was made with Game Maker, dunno 'bout the rest.
Right, the bulk of the program was created in Game Maker, but it uses a DLL written in C++ to do the majority of the decompression & conversion work since GML is fairly slow.
