anyone want to wi-fi battle? I'll post my friend code after.

I normally am up for a challenge, but I am playing this file as a refresher, so I want to train all of my guys up. Besides, my only useful units are Seth, Forde, Kyle, Franz (when he isn't dying), Gilliam, Joshua, Garcia, and sometimes Moulder. My mages, which are usually my favourites to use, are terrible right now. In fact, Lute is only level 1, along with Colm, Natasha, and probably one or two others. Neimi and Artur are not very strong either, despite having a few levels added (same with Eirika too, but I have been holding her back for a few chapters now). I did manage to get Ross to level 2 or 3 before unlocking the Tower, but it could have been a fluke. Vanessa is pretty much the same, although I do not often train as often as I would like with fliers.

you know I was always able to get Ross to promote out of his trainee before ch.5(then again I used ch.3's boss to train him.)

Eggstone (only usable when DracoYoshi, has Manakete effect (transformation during battle)). Perhaps not supereffective against anything, just a bit weaker than the Dragonstone. Maybe 10/10 uses left (a strong optional boss might be able to drop more, as long as you accept this character idea).

Background/personality/synopsis: One day, this young Yoshi was walking throughout Yoshi's Island, when a bright portal opened up. He was about to inform the others of the portal, when a Fire Bro started attacking him. With his injuries, he ran through the portal to escape the fireballs. The Yoshi was about to enter the porta for a second time, however, when it vanished right in front of his eyes. Bewildered, he started wandering before he found a small pendant. He noticed that with the pendant, he could recreate the portal and return to Yoshi's Island. However, he noticed some bandits looting a nearby village and decided to help. When the last bandit was defeated, the town's mayor rewarded him with the mysterious Eggstone, the only artifact that was not taken in earlier raids. The townspeople told him about the war, and that they were in danger of being slain by the corrupt royalty. He decided that he would take on the name of Salanewt and help fight the evil.

For Akira, his portrait is pretty good, but I can't have him max out at C, or at least I think I can't. don't worry I'll create the status for him.


about Squall, I'm going to need a sprite sheet for him. and I can't have him automatic get those 2 weapons. but I can make it locked to him.

so far all 3 are accepted, Squall needs a portrait and sprite sheet(at least sprite sheet)
Salanewt needs a sprite sheet for his promote. or at least the wings.


about the map sprites, don't worry about those, those are my last priority. don't worry about it yet.

about dragonstone it's a special weapon so it doesn't count as any of the triangles if your character uses it go ahead.

Yes I am open to suggestions, about the characters I'm open to that to. so you can make characters using the set-up I put on.don't think me as lazy their will be some characters that I made but just not all of them.

about a year ago in yoshi lighthouse there was a poll about the 2nd community hack well this is it, but I guess it's a personal hack now(kinda)
in that poll both YL and GSHC's members that have over 50 post will participate in the hack, sad thing is... is there enough members for this hack?! maybe.

Saying it without saying it, exactly. Basically, they remind me of Dialga and Palkia in a way. The original Dialga and Palkia had enough detail (getting dangerously close to having too much, but they still look good while also being able to tell them apart), but these two look too similar. I guarantee that if one were to be painted the same shade as the other (like having the black one become white as well), there would be almost nothing to tell them apart. Of course, I normally try to wait until I see some form of a sprite before I criticize, but I prefer it when a Pokemon looks different than another.

Think of it this way. They both have heads, they both have bodies, they both have wings attached to their arms in some way, they both have tails, and they both have similar legs and feet. They both have Palkia's body shape... You get the picture. Of course, the white one also has a tuft of hair sticking out in a way that does not look PG13 (but then again, looking at Palkia for too long makes you look at how "suggestive" his neck/head and shoulders look). One also looks metallic while the other is furry, but that is still barely a difference.

Yes, cheers to generation 2! Generations 1 and 3 deserve cheers as well, one for starting and one for continuing some of the better designs! Generation 4... Nice try, but there are some nice designs in it as well. For example, I like Mismagius, but I fail to see why they had to make Togekiss look like that.

Also, http://www.serebii.net/blackwhite/pokemon.shtml . Some of the starter evolutions are fine, but that is what is expected of starters (in other words, not the best for design). How on earth did an Otter become that thing anyway?

Actually those evolutions are not confirmed to be true yet if you look at their information for all three starters evolve forms. they found those pictures on a forum.

2: I dislike FLUDD. Besides, it caused them to change Mario's moveset. At least I can still use a similar move that deals almost the same amount of damage.

Well they most likely changed that so that they can give Mario and Luigi a different feel when playing as them.

And what about the part where Roy was a MARTH CLONE, and the part where Ike isn't. Granted, in my opinion, they should have replaced Roy with Ephraim from Sacred Stones rather than Ike. Because Ephraim's weapon, Siegmund, is fire-based as well, and because it'd be something other than a sword.

I think they choose Ike because he's the latest one while Marth's the first one in fire emblem series. either way A lance user in smash bros. would be cool.

Kirby is spammy, but I can tolerate both him and Meta Knight.

Link? Maybe Toon Link a tiny bit, but normal Link can only be spammy if you use his spammy moves all the time.

Yoshi? Only when his moves are used too often. Otherwise, he is the ulimate (at least when I use him). I beat All Star's Insane mode with Yoshi.

Pikachu? Definitely. However, I don't use him often myself.

What you wrote as "super robot wars" is actually called Super Robot Taisen......

Super robot Taisen is the English name for this game series, Super robot wars is the jap. name only 3 games came out in English so far and I'm used to calling it that so I labeled it that besides Taisen is the meaning for War.

I'm looking for a comedy.  But I'm kinda picky this time - I don't want one joined with 'shounen action'.  I mean, a little is okay, but I'm sick of shounen battle manga.  Romantic comedies are okay, but I'm tired of harem comedies, and I want to keep fanservice kinda low.  Not picky about format, could be 4koma, traditional manga, or whatever, so long as it doesn't look like crap.  And nothing sappy, please.  The storyline actually matters to me, so I don't want anything that sacrifices story for the sake of comedy, it has to blend well.  It doesn't matter if it's fantasy, modern, historical, or sci-fi to me, so long as it meets these requirements.  Requesting Manga format.

i would recommend Keroro Gunso and if you want a summary here's one from the site.
Summary:
