September 06, 2017, 11:02:17 AM - Plexa - Honestly we haven't looked into that ... I completely forgot about it until now!
September 06, 2017, 05:44:33 AM - Fox - (Referring to the box/crate that would allow you to get stuck.)
September 06, 2017, 05:43:42 AM - Fox - Is SW Atteka Islet the only one that forgets to update the heightmap when save/resetting? ... The Move pillar seems to update it fine... Hm.
September 04, 2017, 06:38:51 AM - Fox - Yep..... It does still exist.... :O Jamie's back. Everyone gather around and let's throw him a surprise welcoming party!
September 04, 2017, 04:54:16 AM - JamietheFlameUser - Wait this place exists?
September 02, 2017, 08:22:49 AM - Fox - Okay, alright... at least it is interesting... but we'll need much more than that, assuming there is anything. (e.g. I doubt that tiles would ever be placed based on z-coord, but if they were, then I could see potential for abuse.)
September 02, 2017, 06:27:29 AM - Plexa - Yeah I immediately jumped in to testing to see if anything could happen. I was super hopeful we'd be able to get Sap but alas it seems there are no useful applications
September 02, 2017, 05:27:34 AM - Fox - (Not sure what's used exactly... in ladder glitch mode, though. But I can look another time.)
September 02, 2017, 05:25:47 AM - Fox - Although, the 8/12 px thing is for normal movement.... I know GS2 uses a different function for Hover (leaves out fall limit), and ladder , though....
September 02, 2017, 05:08:29 AM - Fox - Although, there's a second z coord as well... which I believe is the floor location. (Follwed right after the y coordinate in the data.)
September 02, 2017, 05:06:53 AM - Fox - And because GS basically has a climb (8px?) and fall (12px?) limit.. before it can move in said direction... I doubt it'd be easy to use...
September 02, 2017, 05:01:17 AM - Fox - So... Saw the video on the ladder glitch... and when you go the really high number... I think it's actually a negative number at that point? (Think signed vs. unsigned numbers... which means the highest signed 32-bit is 0x7FFFFFFF, since 0xFFFFFFFF is just -1.) Not sure if that was taken into consideration or not, but anyway....
August 31, 2017, 10:48:42 PM - Fox - Hm? In ladder glitch mode... and hoping across a puddle a bunch of times does something intersting. = Z coordinate landing z coordinate is different from the starting z coordinate?
August 31, 2017, 10:29:45 PM - Fox - (Reminder to everyone that the Ladder Glitch is GS1-only.)
August 31, 2017, 10:29:15 PM - Fox - @Ladder Glitch = I wonder if this work OOBs? Since I believe the ladder tile OOBs is Event ID 0xFD.... Hm.... Except if you need two Event IDs of FD,to activate it(?), then it might not be feasible to find... much less trying to find a good use for it.
August 29, 2017, 07:58:30 PM - Fox - I'd like to know/check if layer 1 events work when in Sand mode. / Other modes.
August 29, 2017, 07:57:00 PM - Fox - Well, if sand tiles still read the third layer even when you are on the first layer, then.... hm....
August 27, 2017, 09:48:43 PM - Fox - :/ One problem might be... that when you hop off the tile, it reverts to the same tile it was... (So it is saved, hm...)
August 27, 2017, 09:24:58 PM - Fox - I think map 85 is a Retreat map, though... so will be interesting to look into!
August 27, 2017, 09:14:19 PM - Fox - I saw maps 85 and 89, ... but the code does checks on like 5 other maps as well. But haven't checked if the same tiles were used in those maps too/etc.

AZVRE: Im pretty okay, what about you?
October 16, 2017, 01:17:14 AM
Fox: I think the nine is doing a cirno on me, though... Anyway, how is everyone doing today?
October 16, 2017, 01:12:20 AM
Fox: onesixtwo*
October 16, 2017, 01:12:00 AM
Fox: Okay... Meanwhile... ah... 162 being a number that has made itself known to me.... I look at the relationships of the numbers.... 162  1+6+2 = 9 ; onesizetwo = alphabetical order = 9 characters ; Distance apart analysis: os = 4 = 1[6][2] , st = 1 = [1]6[2] , ot = 5 = [1][6]2 ; ost = original sound track?
October 15, 2017, 06:31:17 PM
AZVRE: ah okay :D i thought i caused some trouble
October 14, 2017, 07:49:16 AM
Fox: Oh i know... You were messing with yours, and the description says mine. It's kind of a funny bug. :P
October 13, 2017, 08:18:31 PM
AZVRE: I did not edit your profile tho. Just to erase that confusion ^^"
October 12, 2017, 04:49:56 AM
Fox: e.g. this art = http://forum.goldensunhacking.net/Themes/Jupiter/images/catbg.gif (etc.)
October 12, 2017, 04:48:58 AM
Fox: I have a question: Where did the art for the headers come from? (Like the backgrounds to each of these things... "Affiliates", etc... Asking just incase it inspires me to do something... but if Charon made it, then that's cool too.
October 11, 2017, 04:23:02 AM
FoxWas thinking about having something for the editor anniversary, but I believe I had to change my mind....
October 10, 2017, 12:58:36 PM
Fox: That's alright. ;       @AZVRE's profile: "Current Activity:  Editing the profile of Fox." ...Eh... That looks weird.

Atrius: Sorry about that, the auto bot detection is still working, but it also requires an admin to visit the site regularly.
October 04, 2017, 04:17:40 AM
Fox: Yeah, it does bring a small amount of activity. Not good quality activity, but it's still activity, nonetheless.  Now if we can get them to randomly post pictures and vdeios!
October 04, 2017, 02:10:48 AM
Majora: If nothing else, I like how they're copying the content of real posts at random. Interesting to see how they adapt to seem more authentic
October 03, 2017, 08:29:38 PM
Fox: medico6601 = Most likely another bot. :(
September 26, 2017, 03:32:24 PM
Fox: by ten* Excuse me.
September 26, 2017, 03:32:12 PM
Fox: Oh yes... Also multiply all levels by two. (So actually, an adept will have levels of 54, 3, 2, and 1, rather than 5, 0, 0, 0.... if going by those.)
September 26, 2017, 03:29:07 PM
Fox: ...I mean the theory also saves space on the Status Screen.
September 26, 2017, 03:26:11 PM
Fox: Random/fun concept theory: What if we got rid of ePow/eRest, and just made eLevel do everything. :P (A process of cleaning stuff up... Though, could make things less versatile. - Like, if a Djinni add 1 eLevel = Okay, that's understood... by why specifically +5 on the ePow/eRes (Rhetorical))
September 23, 2017, 04:42:08 AM
Fox: Oh nevermind, it does... but I swear I saw that a minute ago.
