Uh, are you asking about what to use against it? Not quite sure what to make of the first post...

What characters you use doesn't matter that much, but it's good if at least two of them have revive, since you have to kill off your own party members if he takes someone you need. Also bring more than one strong attacker, if he takes your only one and you can't take it down quickly, you could be in trouble.

Oh that thing.. I gave up himi cuz she sucked.

This is my typical lineup: hiriku(matthew),karis, amiti, sveta, eoleo, tyrell, himi, rief.

Eoleo and tyrell constanly switch.
Poor himi and rief, they get no sunshine...terrible fighters but perfect packmules lol.

Himi+Tisiphone Edge+Weapon Grace. Zol Ring, Ninja Sandals, Mythril Armlet and the headband help, but it's powerful enough anyway. Though I only did this because the Devil stole Sveta before I used Weapon Grace on her. Rief isn't meant to fight, just heal.
