Random Battle Info + Hex?

Hello. I am currently working on a hack of a game, but I will not say which game it is. Anyway, could somebody please find me the HEX values that enable you to have random encounters in the following games?

Adventures of Link
Final Fantasy (any of the ones where you can walk on the world map)
Pokemon (at least 2 or 3 games, unless they have the same values)
Golden Sun (just for more information on random battles)

As well as anything else that you can find please (any other game with random battles should work, thank you). I am trying to make a game that does not have random battles have them. Even if this is not possible (but I hope it is) then please give me the information. Thank you in advance.

The code would likely be drastically different for each game.

The code would probably consist of a formula of an PRNG (psuedo Random Number Generator) involving what steps the player takes, so if you could come up with a way to create one, you could probably come up with a way to program it.

Probably. However, any information that I can get will be helpful (hopefully).

I know that thi sis a long shot, but do you think that it would be possible to make it so you will randomly enter a hidden level when exploring a world map?
