Getting rid of the Black pearl?

If you transfer over your game, you still have the black pearl, is there any way to make this item droppable using the editor? All it does is take up a spot in the inventory and annoys the crap out of m e.

Man... I'm just a nobody here... but I would suggest using a save editor to remove this item.

Try it and tell me if it worked.

Apparently Piers' Black Crystal and Isaac's are the same item in the inventory, so I just made it not an important item and set the price really high and sold it.

Yep, that'll work. You can do the same thing with psynergy items like the Frost Jewel or Douse Drop, too. Just be sure they're listed as artifacts, so you can repurchase them later if you want.
