The Mythril Bags are different since they happen during cutscenes, instead of you actually using them.  The way the game is programmed "Item will change" will only work for Hermes' Water, but I added a code patch that makes it so any item can change into the item after it.

You could have some forged weapons that change back into the equivalent rusted weapon when used! That would be wierd... And it'd have to be a pretty powerful "use" function, considering the fact that you'd have to pay around 10000-20000 coins to fix it.
