I guess in the case of "Izzyshipping", either nobody wants to be with her, she looks in the mirror and loves herself too much, or was able to clone her genetic material. I would guess the middle one though.

 Yup, that's one example.  However, it really doesn't matter who's in there, so long as you have one adept from each element there.  So you could also do:

or

it would qualify as well.  All you need is one of each type of adept present.
