I have. Indeed, to me it comes off very much like that. I elaborated a bit but this guy seriously scares the ### out of me, especially considering how much momentum his words get. Don't get me wrong, I'm independent and don't mind a little bit of an interesting conservative swing on a debate... but that guy's emotional tactics and spam on the slippery slope is just ridiculous.

A common element I see on a lot on his show is the "Nazi = Socialist" idea, which spawns from the fact that Nazi stood for "National Socialist". In reality, the Nazis weren't socialist at all (although they definitely were Nationalist) - indeed, they hated the socialists and considered them a threat, being one of the main reasons why they invaded the Soviet Union despite actually signing a sort of "peace-pact" in 1939. In fact, this is the reason why the Soviets joined the allied forces. It annoys the crap out of me that someone can overlook this relatively well exposed "textbook fact". He's really just a seriously conservative news talk man, who feels that such reform is "just wrong" but can't find logical ways to support this idea (despite there actually being a very interesting debate on the other side) and uses such banter to get his point across. Emotional appeals often work (which is actually one reason why people liked Obama so much in the campaign), and everything seems so much more interesting when blown out of proportion. Adding a chalkboard kind of adds a "teacher" like feel to his fallacy-filled lecture, which gives an unconscious feeling that Beck indeed knows what he's talking about. Many view Beck as a reliable news source, but the rest of us view him a little like this.

Glenn Beck wants to label the democrats as socialists, and since "Nazi=Socialists" in his world, that makes them Nazis, which leads to the "Homosexual Gypsy Catholic Jew Nazi", because oftentimes people (not just Beck) are so quick to apply this label that they don't realize that it doesn't make sense, such as the example with Homosexual Jewish Representative Barney Frank being called a "Nazi" over the summer. These kind of relationships that are being drawn on television make sense to those who don't know the whole picture, and are unfortunately making our nation follow false logic. Of course, anyone, conservative or liberal (I'm looking at you, MSNBC), can use these tactics to paint a picture of a particular person. No news outlet is free of this bias, of course, it doesn't mean don't watch the news, but rather watch more than one channel and think independent of the newscaster's own biased opinion.

However, I will admit, I am yet to see him mention Asian zombies. (actually that's more of a reference to Lee but oh well lol)

However this debate is for another topic. Back on topic, I have managed to break a deal with a local bird store, and they will sell my artwork. I will receive 20 bucks a piece. Awesomesauce.

O.o

No... this is a square and rectangle kind of thing.  The Nazis were socialists, but not all socialists are nazis.  In fact, most aren't anywhere NEAR as bad as they were.  Either you missed the point, or it was one of those "you should have seen the whole week to understand what he was saying" kind of things.  That's one of the things I really don't like about his show - if you don't watch it regularly, you won't get alot of what he's saying, since he usually starts on Monday, then builds upon his point over the week.  Because of this, if I wind up missing Monday, I typically don't watch him the rest of the week, as it's real easy to misunderstand what he's saying.

Next:  How the hell his Beck a news source?  He's OPINION programming, not news programming!  If anyone actually views him for news, perhaps they need to go back to school, seriously.  I think a big reason that fox gets a bad rep for being conservative is because all of their opinion programming is in primetime, while news programming is in the morning.  The news is actually very balanced, though the opinions...

I'm just gonna say:  When that brat Hannity comes on, I stop what I'm doing to search for the remote.  I can't stand him...  Or anyone else that totes a party line.

@Bird store:  Oh, NICE!  Way to go, Charon!  Gotta do something to get some cash nowadays, right?  Just... make sure you don't forget to give Uncle Sam his cut.  We've gotta make sure to pay our taxes, after all... even if the government isn't spending it right.

Never thought I'd be caught saying this to a Mod and an Admin, but this isn't a debates topic, it's an art topic. We discuss the awesomeness of the drawings and the sheer comical value of the comics. Don't take into account whether the guy is or is not like the comic, just if it's funny or not. Or, post a comical response to it in the form of another comic, just for the lulz.

If you want to argue... er... debate, about this Glenn Beck guy (and your opinion about him, and others' opinions about him, and the dissing of peoples' opinions about him, and -- *is shot*), make a debates topic about the sucker.

Not a big deal, I just split it off to fix the issue.

Fox: I must say... life can be complicated..... when you have question(s) (via email) ... and it seems like they sort of get ignored. :D ; Fun, (And sometimes, a person may respond, and completely not answer the question.... so like... 3-person conversation.) Hahahaha!!
January 15, 2018, 07:26:16 PM
Fox: (path) 1 text=(address) char=(address) free=(address) ; << Well, closer to this... but yeah... even if I do choose to have defaults in the code, I could still use this method for overrides.
January 15, 2018, 07:24:28 PM
Fox: So like (path) 0 text=(address) char=(address) len=(number) ; (path) 1 free=(address) ; Or something. But that's just a quick example.
January 15, 2018, 06:59:14 PM
Fox: Hopefully. I was wanting to make it so you could put in the addresses/etc. as one of the arguments in the path. Hm?
January 15, 2018, 03:37:07 PM
KyleRunner: Nice! I hope you'll add compatibility with others games (GS1, Mario Golf and Tennis) soon.
January 14, 2018, 11:40:09 PM
Fox: Okay. Posted (in Downloads section) an initial cutdown version for now, for my text compressor. Basically to separate the code from my Editor for anyone who wants to mess with it. It only supports GS2, because I still didn't add the addresses/etc. for the other games.
January 14, 2018, 05:01:00 PM
Fox: Okay! Going to need to think how I want it to work. Initial thoughts is maybe have a number of arguments in the filepath thing. And have a number of shortcuts (files) to be used as examples. Assuming there are no problems.
January 14, 2018, 10:38:24 AM
KyleRunner: Well... I'm used to editing text ina a text editor, so... yes! Thanks in advance!
January 13, 2018, 11:38:43 PM
Fox: (Text editor = Text Document like notepad.)
January 13, 2018, 11:38:21 PM
Fox: Would you prefer during the text editing in a text editor? (Like what gstoolkit lets you do?) I could probably make a separate tool or something to compress it.
January 13, 2018, 10:10:02 PM
KyleRunner: Ok. Once I finish my Lost Age translation, I'll try a Mario Golf one. Thanks. (But I'll need help).
January 13, 2018, 10:03:17 PM
Fox: If you want to make it "permanent" (part of a hack), then you'd edit code in the ROM that writes to this location of the IDs you'd want to change. (You can find these locations by using a breakpoint debugger like SDL-H or no$gba.)
January 13, 2018, 10:00:11 PM
Fox: Reload/switch = Recommended to be done through Debug mode/warp menu, ofcourse... since doors seem to appear as if they were disabled? ; 03001238:01 and B+Start to get to warp menu.
January 13, 2018, 09:55:39 PM
Fox: @Kyle Runner = It might be, but you'd have to use the correct addresses for Mario Golf, rather than for GS2 as I have it right now. ; @raijinken = Yes. 02000454 = ID of leader. (Change this and reload/switch room you are in, enjoy.)
January 13, 2018, 02:23:29 PM
raijinken: Hey guys, is it possible to somehow change the lead character on the map? Was wondering. I remember there was a cheat to use Jenna, but what if I wanted Isaac, or Piers?
January 13, 2018, 02:10:03 PM
KyleRunner: Hey, Fox *
January 13, 2018, 02:09:37 PM
KyleRunner: Hey, is your text editor compatible with Mario Golf (GBA)?
January 11, 2018, 08:33:13 PM
Fox: But if it isn't an oversight, I still can't imagine it being that useful.
January 11, 2018, 08:28:24 PM
Fox: part, ofcourse.
January 11, 2018, 08:28:15 PM
Fox: 0200274C = Hmm... Stuff happens here when you use Cyclone around bushes. (These cause tile replacements, and setting event 0 to those tiles.) - And I guess this kept here so it can be scanned after battle. (To re-update the map.) So here is my fun thought (assuming if it is even possible, or even convenient if so.) ... Are there any events from other maps that could be disabled do to using Cyclone on bushes + Retreat glitch? I'll need to do some testing to make sure this isn't an oversight on my
