Sprite swapping

Is there a way to change what a character's overworld sprite is?
For example, making the sprite you control on the world map/towns/dungeons into Alex?
I know some of the animations will glitch with an incomplete sprite package, but it would be cool anyway (at least to me).

We're working on a patch, actually.  It'll allow whoever is in the leftmost position in the party to be the one who's on the map.  It's a pretty popular idea, so I can see it being included in a future version of the editor.

hmm dont know how it would work tho, there isn't sprites for climbing, and world map, all apart from Isaac of course
