Alright, lets keep things simple. I played both games when I fairly young, the first RPGS I ever played and beat. Got hard copies of both games too  So, yeah, I'm asian, I like FF, Pokemon, and I have a fairly basic knowledge of HTML and coding. Can't hate on the GS Editor either :)

Oh wow, that's actually really cool! Usually you get parents of the same race - it's really cool when your parents meet up across the world like that - my mother is from the states while my father is from England, and they met in a fate encounter.

Ya know, Mars is a little useless, there is really no support abilities in there, Garet has the +Def buffs, and Jenna has the Aura tree. But, Venus can heal AND revive people.

Well, I would just join whichever team you prefer. I mean, what is the point of joining if you can not enjoy yourself at all, right? As long as you have fun as you follow the rules, that is perfect.

Ya know, Mars is a little useless, there is really no support abilities in there, Garet has the +Def buffs, and Jenna has the Aura tree. But, Venus can heal AND revive people.

Mars has +Def, Aura, and -Def.

Venus has Cure and Revive. That's it.

Additionally, when comparing offensive power, Planetary is more powerful than Odyssey, and Dragon Fume is the strongest Base Damage attack in the game, aside from Rising Dragon, which only Agatio gets. (Incidentally, Rising Dragon is also Mars elemental.)

We have revive as a djinn unleash (2 djinns), and we can heal plus the +Def, - Def like Jamie said.

Yeah, but its impossible to have the defense buffs, and the aura spells at once, Isaac/Felix both get heals and the revive ability. Just my opinion, but I just prefer Venus, I like Mars because it hits like a bus, but not as much as Venus :P

Well please don't make me go and post each of the djinn unleashes, we can have all +def and -def and revive if we consider the djinn ... but again venus does have some awesome djinn unleashes too ....

I hate Jupiter, I don't care much for Mercury TBH, but I love Venus, and I like Mars. And I'm not counting the unleashes or the summons to be fair, because then everyone gets offensive abilities, buffs, revives.
