How do I apply patches to my roms?

Hello Ehic, welcome to the Golden Sun Hacking Community. I hope you have fun here, but this version will most likely be an archive in a month or two, so you should consider joining GSHC 2.

As for your Patching question, you need LIPS (Lunar ... Patching... (sorry, I forget the rest of the name)), as well as two copies of the ROM you want to patch. One copy has to be your hack, and the other has to be an unchanged version of the ROM, but they must also be the exact same version.

Oh yeah, by reading my post again, you know what I mean when I say "exact same version", right? Basically, this is the regional version (North American, European, etc.)
