how exactly is it determined which class they'll let you be? Does this mean classes can have requirments besides element levels?

Oh, wait, ofcourse! Piers/Mia have different classes at the same levels and so do Garet/Jenna... Is this calculated in with the class editor yet?

Piers/Mia and Garet/Jenna is determined by character number, as well as element level.

I'm assuming that Class Changing Items are assigned their classes in the class editor.  Or rather, the classes that go with the item are assigned an item.

There is another value besides elemental levels that helps decide which class you get, I haven't fully figured it out yet though.
