Password Hacking

I don't have any knowledge about coding so I'm probably barking up the wrong tree, but, is it possible to edit the code in either game? All that is required is that you use the encoder that GS uses to make it accept the passwords. to find out more about the code ask paulygon65@yahoo.com; he created a golden sun password generator. Unfortunately, the password generator doesn't work well with new gear, so it may be a better idea if we just use more traditional hacking tools like gameshark to test equipment we create but don't have access to.
